[Digikam-users] debian testing support

The SVG licence is written automatically in XML data by Inkscape. That all

It's Creative Commons by default. We don't check it at creation time.

In all case, i don't see any licensing violation here.

Sometime, i think Debian team have really a lots of time to lost...
