[Digikam-users] DLNAExport Kipi plugin

DLNAExport isn't built with my kipi-plugins as ubuntu doesn't have libhupnp
>= 2.0.0 but only 1.0.0 so it's not libqtsoap that's the problem. Might get
DLNAExport back again when I have ported libhupnp >= 2.0.0 or there are
official packages of it.
