[Digikam-users] DLNAExport Kipi plugin

It missing due to a missing dependencies on your computer.

For 4.6.0, i prepared some rules about external shared libs to use
before to branch code for KF5. A manner to be clean with cmake scripts
before to port code.

To resume : you need libqtsoap to compile DLNA tool. Before 4.6.0,
this lib was included as well in kipi-plugins.
