[Digikam-users] Remove all tags from entire library

I realize this thread is too old to give any usable input for your case, but 
for future reference I can't keep my opinion to myself. That opinion is: such 
a waste! 

The tag tree may be quite a mess, but I imagine each foto in and of itself 
being tagged with valuable labels. By using selections based on (depricated) 
tags it seems much more comfortable to build op a new tag tree. 

It is not my business at all, but I am interested whether it was an option at 
all, and if it was an option, why wiping all tags still was a better option.

(and, by the way, have a good time tagging ! ;-) )
