[Digikam-users] Automatic Grouping of RAW and JPEG files possible?

For the grouping of RAW and JPEG is this bug open:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126149

The last statement here is going in the direction of having different
versions, which I think would also fit better my workflow.

Also some guys created a patch to group via regexp:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=318357

I have not tried this one, but created my own patch which just groups
images of the same title but with different extensions.
In case you are interested I can attach it to bug 126149.
