[Digikam-users] digikam 4.5.0 - Apparently hard coded to use totem to play videos

I can change the default video player in all my applications simply by
setting the default program for the filetype in nautilus.  This sets the
default application for videos everywhere except digikam seems to insist
on using totem to open my video files.  Totem doesn't play m2ts video on
my system (another problem).

How can I get digikam to accept my system default video player?  This
always worked before 4.5.0

I've tried changing the gstreamer default video sink with no effect.
