[Digikam-users] 3.4 on windows lost menu now useless

This is *really* annoying when it happens. I even deleted "MenuBar=Disabled" in digikamrc without effect. Can't remember what caused it to disappear for me, but likely wasn't using fullscreen (Linux in my case).
