[Digikam-users] Trying to build tarball for digikam-3.3.0-beta1 on Ubuntu 13.04 face, FaceRecognizer has no update member

3.3.0-beta1 need at least opencv 2.4.5 to compile.

It miss some rules to check OpenCV version. A bug report is already open
about.
