[Digikam-users] Batch tool manager file name attribution

The file name attribution pattern seems a bit strange when a target file
with the same name already exists: instead of creating XXXX-1, then XXXX-2,
XXXX-3, etc. the batch tool manager creates file named: XXXX-1, then
XXXX-1-2, XXXX-1-2-3.
