[Digikam-users] Face tagging?

I'm using 2.5.0 which spots faces (and face-like objects) in pictures 
pretty well, but as yet doesn't seem able to identify whose faces they 
are. As I understand it that's still being worked on by the people 
writing the face-recognition library (libface) which DigiKam and other 
projects can use. So one currently has to manually tag the faces that DK 
has identified.
