[Digikam-users] Moving collection

Not sure if this is helpful but I did as follows.

Backed-up/Copied my entire 'Pictures' folder to an external drive called
'Disk2'. Then created a new "Collection on Removable Media". Went OK!
If 'Disk2' is not in place I can run with normal collection.
If 'Disk2' is in place I have a choice of the 2 collections.

I am using this on my laptop to minimize local disk usage but if I plug
in my back-up drive then I have full access to my old collections.
