[Digikam-users] sort by filename

Sort by filename does not appear to be correct:

If I have a file from the camera for instance IMG_1234.CR2, when I 
import it into dt the filename is changed to 20120512_006.CR2 (date 
+sequence) .... that is the filename now shown throughout my computer. 
The original camera designation is then totally immaterial.

If I now open multiple folders I am finding that images are scattered 
throughout the set without regard of date. This is not helpful.
