[Digikam-users] Missing mediawiki plugin in digikam 2.3.0

To be clear, 90% of functionalities are done and work. It still 10%
which are important to complete tool. Mediawiki guy recommend me to
disable tool until this part is not complete, else tool will be banned
to post contents to wikipedia, due to lack some important information
about contents to join.
