[Digikam-users] Tool tip colours

How do I change the colour of the tool tips in the thumbnail view? At the 
moment I've got black text on a dark grey background. I've tried changing the 
colour in themes, but it doesn't seem to do anything and they get changed back 
to default each time I go back and change them.
