I'm the author of the digiKam Tricks book. Although it looks like you've found out how to buy the book and read it on Linux, I thought I'd chime in with a few clarifying comments. The book's official page is http://scribblesandsnaps.wordpress.com/digikam-tricks-book/ which is mirrored at digikam's website (http://www.digikam.org/drupal/node/543). The book also has a dedicated page in the Amazon Kindle Store (http://amzn.to/digikamtricks) If you have an Amazon Kindle reader or Kindle software installed on your machine, you can buy the book via Amazon. Alternatively, you can buy the book via PayPal. In this case, you'll receive the book in the EPUB format which you can read on virtually any platform, including Linux. Being a Linux user myself, I recommend using Calibre (http://calibre-ebook.com/) or Cool Reader (http://coolreader.org/e-index.htm) to read the book. I tried FBReader, but I encountered some text rendering problems.

I'm quite interested by the book Digikam Tricks, but I don't know anything about ebooks.
I've just installed fbreader under Linux Fedora; will it be sufficient to read the book, or do I need anything else?
