Something unusual: Rotated and image then cropped. DK asked to save as
new file .. seemed like an OK idea ... then, DK totally dumped me.

On restart the (png) saved file was in place but the CR2 (raw) was
missing. The CR2 would not display in DK despite rebuild of thumbnails
and an album refresh.

File manager shows that the CR2 file is still in place. Made a CR2 file
copy but the copy also will not display.

Original file also the copy correctly display in 'other' programs. It
appears that DK may have written something to metadata that inhibits the
display.
