HaarCascades files from OpenCV required by libface, are now included into
libkface. This fix a lots of problem due of non installation of these files
by OpenCV. This include Linux, mac, and Windows.

This library is really a big mess...

I just tested face detection under windows. Now it's work fine.

These fixes will be included in next 2.0.0 rc
