[Digikam-users] digikam doesn't see memory card

Since upgrading to 1.9.0 I've started having a problem adding images
using Import/Add Images. The folder selection dialog doesn't see the
memory card. The left-hand  pane shows the volume name which is Nikon,
but it doesn't appear in the right-hand window. This is somewhat
intermittent, but seems to happen more often than not.

There is no problem accessing the memory card from the command line or
from Dolphin.

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a fix or work-around?
