[Digikam-users] How to remove an album with our deleating files

I would assume that if you want to keep the photos, you will want them 
in another album?
I move pictures between albums all the time - drag and drop, confirm 
Move to: when the pop-up asks.
When the old album is empty, delete it.
Or am I missing something?
