[Digikam-users] Reading tags from XMP sidecar files

[sleepless]

Install libimage-exiftool-perl
and this
exiftool -TagsFromFile IMGP8595.JPG.xmp IMGP8595.JPG
will put back in the picture what is left off the metadata.
