[Digikam-users] Digikam 2.1.0, same DB problem as in 2.0

In fact, cmake do not provide an uninstall macro, but KDE project yes. We
use it. This want mean that all KDE application compiled with cmake can be
uninstalled.

Note : i backported this macro to Exiv2 project. If you compile it with
cmake, make uninstall will run.
