Never mind, my english is not too bad (I hope ...)

My guess is I had done a cleanup a bit too rough! The directory that
appears in the message seemed a bit strange ...
This time, I have - I hope - cleaned the mess, and I am currently
re-cloning the git for the missing parts.
When it is finished, I will begin the cmake + make procedure and let
you know what happens then.
