[Digikam-users] Are ratings and tags saved in metadata?

OK, I'm slowly getting there, there were some write permission
problems as well as my lack of understanding of Digikam.  I'm now
getting Tags, Ratings, Captions written to my image files.  :-)

Not a lot of use when writing PHP scripts for Web pages.  However I
can access the exif/iptc stuff so I'm fairly OK now.
