[Digikam-users] Digikam crashing

Still appear to be having the same problem:  After just a few manipulations
of an image DK just drops out.

I am showing this system error when I start as Root through the Terminal:
"Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-david" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0."

Would this error message be due to a Root start or something else?
