[Digikam-users] Reread Metadata from Images not importing EXIF "Image Description" as caption.

In fact, KExiv2::getExifComment() must be patched. this tag must be
checked after Exif.Photo.UserComment of course

I think that we can write comment into this tag too, through
KExiv2::setExifComment()
