[Digikam-users] digiKam 1.2.0(!) for KDE on Windows fails when deleting or moving to trash

I have compiled digiKam using emerge, and have ended up with something that reports itself as "v1.2.0 using KDE Development Platform 4.4.62 (KDE 4.4.62 (KDE 4.5 >= 20100203)) Build date: Feb 5 2010". I assume this is the latest development version, not an official release?

This is an old problem, but I didn't want to report it till I had a recent version running.

If I select a photo and press Delete, it offers to move it to the trash, then fails with "The process for the trash protocol died unexpectedly". The file remains undeleted. Am I right in guessing that the "trash" it is talking about is not the Windows Recycle Bin?

If I press shift+Delete, it offers to permanently delete it, then fails with "Could not delete file". The file is in fact deleted. Correct result, but why the error message?

And can anyone confirm this problem?
