First question, are the RAW and JPG same named except the extension ?
If yes it should be quitly easy to rename JPG and RAW with the same root
name (may be not with Digikam (I'm not using it to rename my Pictures, but
I use RapidPhotoDownloader to copy/rename my photos to my collection
directory from my memory card))
The tip I to, instead using numbering, use the original filename with the
unique number inside.
But I see something in the renaming option for Numbering which (translated
from french) is "Number respecting extension" in the 1.6.0 version, mau be
it's made for this case ? (I doesn't test as my pictures doesn't need to
be renamed...)
