I can't say to much about this issue, it might be though I don't think so.

But what is definitely wrong is:
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:176 (MESSAGE):
digiKam needs libjasper to support JPEG2000. You need to install the
correct version (>= 1.7.0).
You shouldn't forget this issue.
