[Digikam-users] Anyone using Digikam under Windows XP (KDE 4.3 windows release)

There's a bug againts this behaviour here (
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=204482), so maybe you should point
there and add any information about your specs comparing the other comments.
