[Digikam-users] How can I enable other translations than English?

Of course I installed the the language packs! I even use the same in kubuntu
(broken translations …):
tobias at siduxbox:~$ dpkg -l *kde-l10n*
un kde-l10n <keine> (keine Beschreibung vorhanden)
ii kde-l10n-de 4:4.3.2-1 German (de) localization files for KDE
ii kde-l10n-engb 4:4.3.2-1 British English (en_GB) localization files f
