Hi,
Having just upped to 0.10 on kde 4.2.2 (so says "about") on
ubuntu jaunty I have a problem with "abandoning changes".
If I enter edit mode on a photo, try something then choose
to abandon my changes, ctrl-w gices me the option to disgard
(in which case the original still gets overwritten), cancel
(in which case I get a "you are about to overwrite warning"
which I I then hit cancel the overwright goes ahead anyway!
What happened to the ctrl-w (close) alt-d (disregard)
leaving the original untouched. How can I ensure that my
originals do not get altered. (In GIMP I would always
duplicate my image prior to "experimental" editing in order
to guarantee the sanctity of the original but this feature
does not seem available in digikam).
Many thanks and
TIA
F
