[Digikam-users] no thumbnails shown in album view

I have digikam-0.10.0 in Fedora 10.

Back in March it was working, but now when I click on an album in the 
"Albums" panel I don't get any thumbnails of the photos, the main panel 
stays blank.
On the command line I get the error message:

digikam(11543)/digikam (core) Digikam::AlbumLister::slotResult: Failed to list 
url:  "The process for the digikamalbums protocol died unexpectedly."
