[Digikam-users] lots of photos and startup time

We could also improve the speed by loading the imageplugins only when the 
editor is opened for the first time.
All the plugins (kipi and image) could be loaded while digiKam is already 
showing the interface. This wouldn't make the actual loading faster, but it 
looks faster to the user.
