[Digikam-users] Updating with kipi-plugins tar

Sorry, I have little idea how I go about doing this update.
Most of the published info appears for persons doing a first time full
install.
I have dK 0.10.0 installed with KDE 4.2.2 already in place.

Would somebody be kind enough to post a 'step-by-step' set of instructions
to simply put the update in place.
