[Digikam-users] raw RWL files

I am running digiKam 0.9.4 with KDcraw 0.1.4 and Dcraw 8.83 on 8.10
ubuntu.

it works very well with the DNG files for the Leica M8.  The
Leica Digilux 4 uses RWL, which is not yet supported by digiKam 0.9.4.

can i get RWL support by getting libkdraw 0.1.8 source and building 
digikam?  although i downloaded digiKam as a package, i have built it
in the past (and i recall taking some time getting the right
version of all the libraries!)
