I think there is no typo. You need both folders, kdegraphics and graphics. If 
graphics is missing something went wrong. The graphics folder should be 
created by svn co -N svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/graphics , 
so if it is missing, do that again.
