[Digikam-users] how to update database of gps values

Hi list,
using 0.1.0, I still update the GPS coordinates of my images with an external
perl script. Using the menu command Album->Synchronize Images with Database,
those coordinates seem to not find their way to the database, at least they are
not shown in the marble widget. Is there some other command for this or is this
a misbehavior on digikam's side?
