Right now, I have 0.1.6 of exiv2 in packages, installed. kexiv2 is 
at "version" 4.0.98 (KDE4 version integrated).

No matter what combo of source libs / distro libs I use, I get crashes. Is 
driving me insane.
I am going to try to go all source/no distro packages this time around. Will 
give you a report soon.
