According to the IPTC4XMP specification, "By-line" in IIM / IPTC, "Author" in
Photoshop and "dc:creator" in XMP will be synced to the same value (and
stored as dc:creator in XMP).
"By-line title" is then "photoshop:AuthorsPosition" in XMP.
