[Digikam-users] images created through open-with dialog do not shine up in current session

I have 14400 image files occupying ~ 60GB in 170 directories.

The error occurs when testing in a quite empty directory (2 files) as well as in
a full one (200 files). It occurs with editing done through gimp or bibble or
lightzone.

digikam 9.2, which is the last one I got from the repositories, does not show
this problem. konqueror reflects changes in the directory immediately.

Machines are a Pentium-M Laptop with 1GB RAM and a Dualcore Athlon with 2GB RAM
OS is Ubuntu 7.10 32bit
