[Digikam-users] digiKam 0.9.3 release (final)

I finally resolve my compilation problem by uninstalling all the stuff 
pre-install by "Ubuntu apt-get install" then compile and install 
libkexiv2-0.1.6 (with the link to exiv2 include), libkdcraw-0.1.3, 
libkipi-0.1.5, kipi-plugins-0.1.5-rc1 and digikam-0.9.3.
