[Digikam-users] Error message launching digikam handbook.

KDE4 has a new help facility. Digikam 0.9.4 is a KDE3 application and can't use 
the KDE4 help facility. It is best to use the on-line help if you need it until 
you get to Digikam 0.10.x.

> Press F1 or Help > DigiKam Handbook I receive an error message
