[Digikam-users] How to create tag from IPTC?

For digikam to recognise/use the tags as keywords they have to be in
IPTC Iptc.Application2.Keywords fields.  Data in other IPTC fields
won't be used as tags.

Try dumping out the IPTC data using a utility like exiv2 if it doesn't
seem to be working as you expect.
