[Digikam-users] Missing entries in context menu of digikam 0.9.4

Hi Folks,

if I want to open an external application from digikam I miss some entries.
I don't get GIMP and rawstudio provided for *.nef.
I don't get GIMP provided for *.tif etc.
I never get Noise Ninja provided for any format.

I did change the settings in KDE but it still does not work.
Can anyone here tell me how I get these entries into the context menu of 
digikam?

BTW: I am using 0.9.4.
