You need FindKDE4Internal.cmake module.

I have complete KDE4 checkout and this and other modules are in

kdelibs/cmake/modules directory.

You should copy them by hand to

/usr/share/cmake-2.6/Modules

directory (or similar in your distro).

Don't know if this is the best ways but it works for me.
