No. i don't care about libkipi. Use your packages manager and look
"kipi-plugins" package version...
Or more simple. start RAW converter and go to Help button on
bottom/left, and look version from about dialog

ok. it's normal. perhaps you have an old kipi-plugins version on your computer.
