[Digikam-users] Small problem in servicemenus french translation

Hi, I have open a bugreport about the french translation of 3 
servicemenus .desktop :

The summary the french translation are not in utf-8 (make the accentuated 
letter wrong), same for the 3 and incorrect (miss a connector).

Change are realy quick i put the correct stences in bug report.
