[Digikam-users] lost menu bar and right side-bar

I think I know how this can happen:
- go into full screen mode (CTRL-SHIFT-F)
- CTRL Q to quit
- start again: the menu-bar is lost!
(pressing CTRL-SHIFT-F twice brings you the menu-bar back!)
