[Digikam-users] Get Tags back from IPTC

well, Tags import from IPTC keywords work fine with digiKam 0.9.1, and
partially with 0.9.0

Also, only IPTC/IIM is supported in digiKam. XMP is not yet supported. It a
limitation of Exiv2 library witch is used to handle pictures metadata. It
planed to support XMP later.
