Amos, you point to the current NEWS and TODO file witch are relevant of the 
next beta3 release.

Paco point to the revision files relevant of beta2 only. And we talking about 
beta2, not beta3 here (:=)))... This can be confuse to user if he see beta3 
fix in NEWS file and he try beta2 tarballs.
